On this day let us turn our attention to Jesus for his sacrifice for us. Let’s understand that he is the gatekeeper to our salvation. There are many roads, but only one leads to the father, and that is through Christ Jesus. In my past I have walked in fear of the world, hiding my eyes afraid of everyone. I wasn’t paying attention to all the blessings that were around me. Jesus protected me from so much pain, and trouble. Some of which were created by me, I am so grateful for his forgiveness, love and the lessons I have learned throughout my life.

You see, all of my failures were teaching me lessons I never knew I needed to learn. Only now as an adult, I see the light. So when you are feeling down and discouraged, just know that the Lord is always with you.
